February Foods!

For the month of February, 2G-Fit members can find new healthy, delicious and easy recipes in their member portal every Saturday.

The goal is to cook/make the food in the recipe then post the food picture and comment in our Facebook group letting us know their thoughts.

In addition to that, we will also be providing a weekly workout schedule to follow – accountability is key!
